Charles “Chip” Cain practices in the areas of foreclosure defense, employment law, employee benefits/ERISA law, civil litigation, firearms law, and constitutional law. Prior to forming the Cain Law Firm, Chip practiced with a large regional law firm in Nashville, Tennessee and, before becoming an attorney, he worked for more than 10 years in various corporate management positions for companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, and retail industries.
Chip received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2006 where he was inducted into the Cooper’s Inn Honor Society, graduated with honors, and was a student member of the John Marshall American Inn of Court. He received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Memphis in 1995.
